19-21 April 2010

The first raft guide course of 2010 looks like being a good one with 9 people signed up and loads of water from the exceptional snow fall this winter, bring on the good times on the river!

Just one place left.

The WRT is also running 21-23 April so for those wanting to operate as level 2 unrestricted guides, it is also essential to get WRT qualified. That is the Rescue 3 qualification specific to the river guide.

Â

White Water Rescue Technician 3 day course.

Swift Water Rescue Technician. Rescue 3 internationally recognised qualification.

If you are a level 2 or above guide in the WWI raft guide scheme you must hold this qualification and keep it current inorder to remain qualified to guide. This stuff saves lives and keeps you safe on the river as well as making you ultra employable around the globe in the river sports field so get it done. Oh did i forget to say it is also alot of fun doing the course, lots of jumping into rivers and learng and practicing cool stuff!

Dates

15 - 16- 17th August 2009       3 - 4 - 5th October 2009     7 - 8 - 9 - November 2009.
